For more than 20 years, I have worked in industrial air filtration, ventilation and manufacturing environments—supporting applications ranging from individual process collection to multimillion-dollar facility-wide systems.

Today I serve as Solution Sales Director for RoboVent Solutions Group, supporting manufacturers throughout the Northeastern United States.

My background is different from someone who has only designed systems from an office or only sold equipment. I have installed it, serviced it, troubleshot it, managed projects around it, estimated it and helped customers decide what solution actually makes sense.

Application First. Equipment Second.

My first responsibility is to help you understand the problem, the available options and the tradeoffs between them.

That means looking at the big picture—performance, reliability, energy use, capital investment, long-term cost of ownership, maintainability and whether a proposed solution is practical for the people who actually have to use it.

If a RoboVent solution is a good fit, I can bring that option forward. But the conversation starts with what I would want to know—and what I would want considered—if I were making the investment myself.

No unnecessary upselling. No inflating a project simply because more equipment can be sold. Provide the information, explain the consequences of the options, and trust the customer to make an educated decision.

Large Projects Still Come Down to Small Decisions

A multimillion-dollar filtration project can still fail because of a poorly located hood, an overlooked pressure loss, an unrealistic maintenance plan or an RFQ that allowed competing suppliers to quote fundamentally different scopes.

Experience helps identify those issues before they become expensive lessons.

Based in Pennsylvania, I support industrial manufacturers throughout the Northeast, including Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Maryland, Delaware, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine.

The Right Project Is Not Always the Biggest Project

I work on projects across a wide range of sizes. A $75,000 application deserves the same thoughtful evaluation as a multimillion-dollar facility project.

Sometimes the best opportunity to add value is a smaller system where a customer needs help understanding capture strategy, equipment selection, airflow, filtration, or whether an existing system can be improved before more capital is spent.

Project size does not determine whether the conversation is worth having. If there is a real problem to solve, I’m interested in helping you solve it correctly.

From Concept to an RFQ That Can Actually Be Compared

Industrial filtration projects often involve far more than an end user and an equipment supplier. I routinely coordinate with general contractors, mechanical contractors, electrical contractors, engineers, architects, OEMs, facility teams and other project stakeholders.

I can also help develop the technical basis for an RFQ so competing proposals are evaluated against common requirements.

This can reduce the risk of selecting the lowest initial price only to discover later that important scope, performance or operating requirements were never included.

Away From the Plant Floor

I’m based in southeastern Pennsylvania, where my background in construction and manufacturing has kept me close to the industries I now support professionally.

Outside of work, most of my time revolves around my wife and our two daughters—one usually keeping us busy with soccer and sports, while the other brings plenty of literature and art into the house. Marley, our family dog, rounds out the crew.

As a family, we enjoy getting outdoors, traveling and seeing somewhere new when schedules allow. That balance probably contributes to the straightforward way I approach business: solve the problem, treat people fairly and build relationships that last longer than a single project.
